Draft shipping & returns policy — final commercial rules must be approved before publishing.

Delivery timing depends on product stock, quantity, branding method, artwork approval and delivery location. The confirmed lead time will appear in the quotation/order confirmation.

Customized or branded products are generally produced to order. Returns or cancellations after approved artwork or production start may not be possible except where required by law or where goods are defective/non-conforming.

For non-customized items, any applicable return terms should be confirmed in the final commercial policy before launch.
